What are the workshop aims?
• Confidence • Coordination • Creativity • Calm
Who can take part?
Anyone above the age of 8, regardless of ability.
Some workshops involve a sewing machine, glue gun or glass so will not be suitable for everyone.
I am happy to discuss your needs, offer alternatives and adjust accordingly.
Where do they take place?
In the comfort of your own home or care setting. I live in Melton Mowbray so primarily serve Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.
I am willing to travel further for longer sessions or contracts, where extra travel charges may apply.
What bookings are available?
I offer one-off sessions, regular and block bookings. Weekly and fortnightly bookings are available at a discounted rate.
Contracts with care homes, hospices are welcomed.
What do I need to provide?
All you need to do is ensure there is a suitable table and comfortable space to work in.
It's best if you wear clothes you don't mind potentially getting mucky.
You could also wear an apron.
Materials and resources of inspiration are provided. I will provide latex-free gloves where appropriate and clean any messy things at home; except printing screens which will need to be rinsed, preferably using an outdoor tap or hose.
Do I need to be good at Arts and Crafts?
Absolutely not! You don't need any experience to enjoy getting creative or trying something different. If you are brand new to crafts, a one-to-one session or small group workshop will suit you best.
